- Analyse existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and pain points.
- Document current-state and future-state processes, including detailed process flows, business rules, and system dependencies.
- Collaborate with RPA developers and solution architects to design efficient and scalable automation solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for RPA developers.
- Identify and evaluate RPA tools and technologies that best fit the organization's needs.
- Elicit, prioritise, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure that requirements are clearly defined and aligned with business objectives.
- Maintain traceability between business requirements and RPA solution design.
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and demos to gather feedback and foster collaboration.
