An opportunity has arisen for the recruitment of a Band 3 Full time admin/clerical post to support the expanding and busy Harrow Community Services.
The applicant is expected to support the teams, administrate day to day activities to support the services and service leads.

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our Team.
The role will include:
- Ordering NHS stock and Tracking equipment
- Liaising with Health Care Professionals and PatientScanning,
- Filling and Creating/Preparing clinician's documents
- Sending letters
- Arrange monthly Meeting minutes, Agendas and send out in a timely manner
- Covering reception and other services across both sites when required
- This list is not extensive of all the tasks that will be required within this role
