To support our progress, we are currently recruiting for a Health and Safety Advisor to come and join our team at our Laybrook site Pulborough, RH20 2LWCollaborating with all Business stakeholders to ensure our Health & Safety Strategy is delivered and we comply with all relevant H & S legislation at all times
Proactively collating and analysing data and using problem solving tools to formulate action plans that will deliver reduced risks of injury and illness to employees and workers
Supporting Factory Management Teams on the annual formulation of site specific H & S action plans and supporting and auditing progress to ensure they are delivered
Measuring and reporting improvements to the Health and Safety
Providing on-site training to deliver improved safety behaviours for all of our people
NEBOSH Certificate and membership of IOSH
Excellent communication skills including the delivery of training packages
