Office & Facilities Manager - salary circa 60k + excellent bens.

Our client, a leading finance company are looking for a Facilities Manager for their prestigious West End offices. It is essential that you have minimum of 5 years in a similar type role.


Your duties will include:

  • Health & Safety
  • Project Management ongoing and new
  • London & Global
  • Overseeing building work
  • PPM & Engineering
  • Contract management electrical, heating, water systems
  • BMS
  • Security
  • Management of: Fire evacuation, security etc

Skills required:

  • M/S project experience
  • Clear/concise writing skills
  • Confident decision making
  • Ability to work alongside the rest of the facilities management team
  • CAD drawing desired
  • IWFM membership desirable
  • Confident M/S office skills
