About our Client :
Industria Personnel Services LTD is recruiting for a long-established manufacturer of bespoke rubber mouldings for diverse markets ranging from Formula One race engine seals through to traditional Sole and Heel components

Salary: £11.47 / hour
Night shift Premium: £7.36 per shift
Overtime Rate: £16.16 per hour
Hours: hours overtime

Sun to Thu pattern

Sunday:
from 18:30 - 05:00

Monday:
from 20:1- 05:00

Tuesday to Thursday:
from 19:1- 05:00

Employment Type:
Temp to Perm

Start Date: Immediate
Location: Market Harborough, LE16 7PZ

Own transport preferred due to the location

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

Primarily the role is to produce compression or injection moulded products from rubber and silicone raw materials to high-quality standards.

Loading and unloading press machines;
Following company safety regulations;
Performing housekeeping per work instructions;
Maintaining work area in a clean and organized manner.

No Specific Qualifications required - Full training will be given on both the operation of machines and associated jobs by the client
