- Day to day clinic planning, organization, and execution.
- Providing front of house and reception assistance to patients, practitioners, and colleagues.
- Overseeing recruitment, induction, training, management, and coordination of personnel.
- Managing the performance and development of clinic staff.
- Cultivating a positive culture and ensuring a safe and enjoyable team environment.
- Coordinating administrative tasks such as billing, invoicing, payments, and tax accounting.
- Supervising facilities management, including equipment, premises, and technology, while liaising with suppliers and contractors.
- Handling commercial coordination with suppliers and SLAs.
- Managing practitioner recruitment, admissions, setup, and ongoing support.
- Ensuring compliance with CQC regulatory governance (Prior CQC experience is advantageous).
- Providing business performance reports to the Board.
- Implementing risk management strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.
