In this newly created role within the Group your work will play a key part in ensuring we provide a responsive repairs service to our customers, directly helping to improve lives.
This role is a hybrid role offered on a permanent 36.25hr per week basis.Whilst working from home this role may require occasional travel to one of our offices (Rushden, Peterborough, or Boston) for training or meeting purposes, or to support your colleagues or customers.
This role is fast paced and varied, on a typical day you will:- Assist the team with the coordination of disrepair cases and providing responses to disrepair team in timely and helpful way.
- Supporting the disrepair team by providing full repairs history of a property in a timely manner, in line with templates and best practice.
- Coordinate disrepair surveyor inspection visits to customers properties.
- Completing post inspection template when works completed and arrange disrepair post inspections of works carried out in our homes to ensure that they meet required quality standard.
- Assist disrepair surveyor in writing / preparing reports
To be successful in this role you will require some knowledge of the housing sector, be driven by providing an excellent service to our customers and motivated by delivering results.
