    We are working with an amazing client based in the city centre of Belfast, they are looking for a solicitor with experience within litigation. Whether it be you have just qualified or are a seasoned veteran, we want to hear from you

    If successful you will be responsible for managing a divers caseload of different litigation matters, and providing your outstanding legal council to clients.

    Your day to day activities:
    • Manage and oversee a varied range of different litigation matters, including commercial disputes, civil litigation, employment disputes, and personal injury claims.
    • Complete in-depth legal research and analysis to support case strategy and decision-making.
    • Draft and review legal documents, this will include pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
    • Provide strategic guidance and advice to clients on the legal aspects of their cases, including but not limited to potential risks and outcomes.
    • Represent and fight for your clients in court proceedings, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.
    • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and external parties to achieve optimal outcomes for clients while adhering to legal and ethical standards.

    Do you have what it takes?:
    • Qualified Solicitor.
    • Strong knowledge of Northern Irish civil procedure and litigation laws.
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively.
    • Proven track record of achieving successful outcomes for clients in litigation matters.
