    Description

    We are working with an amazing client based in the city centre of Belfast, they are looking for a solicitor with experience within litigation.

    Whether it be you have just qualified or are a seasoned veteran, we want to hear from you If successful you will be responsible for managing a divers caseload of different litigation matters, and providing your outstanding legal council to clients.


    Your day to day activities:

    Manage and oversee a varied range of different litigation matters, including commercial disputes, civil litigation, employment disputes, and personal injury claims.

    Complete in-depth legal research and analysis to support case strategy and decision-making. Draft and review legal documents, this will include pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.

    Provide strategic guidance and advice to clients on the legal aspects of their cases, including but not limited to potential risks and outcomes.

    Represent and fight for your clients in court proceedings, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.

    Collaborate effectively with colleagues and external parties to achieve optimal outcomes for clients while adhering to legal and ethical standards.


    Do you have what it takes?:
    Qualified Solicitor. Strong knowledge of Northern Irish civil procedure and litigation laws. Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively. Proven track record of achieving successful outcomes for clients in litigation matters.
