Citizens Advice is a charity which provides free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to everyone on their rights and responsibilities.

Citizens Advice Manchester is leading a partnership with Local Citizens Advice offices to deliver a support service across the North West region on behalf of a major energy distribution network operator.

This brand new service is dedicated to providing energy and welfare support to vulnerable or disadvantaged individuals who may be in or at risk of fuel poverty.

We are now looking for Energy Champions, 1 in each area, who will have responsibility for developing and maintaining relationships with other organisations/agencies and developing referral pathways into the energy team.

Be highly experienced in delivering programmes of advice/information to members of the community
Have excellent communication skills and be comfortable delivering presentations to groups of people
Be comfortable working in a target driven environment with good data analysis skills
