    Customer Support Administrator
    Permanent
    Monday to Friday 8:45am - 5pm

    Prince Personnel are working with a prominent international business that is based in Telford who is looking for a customer support coordinator to join them on a permanent basis.

    The coordinator will be responsible for providing a professional and proficient service to their global customer base by supporting with the effective scheduling of engineer & installers diaries, and all associated tasks to ensure work is completed as arranged.

    • Assist in the provision of performance accounting reports on: Outstanding service orders.
    • Service utilisation.
    • Service & Spares sales (contract and non-contract).
    • Assist in arranging all scheduled and non-scheduled service visits and installations worldwide, including customer communication, availability of materials, travel arrangements, & report completion.

    To be considered for this role you will ideally have excellent written and verbal communication skills and have good administration skills.

    Knowledge of using CRM systems would be an advantage, as would coordinating engineers / field technicians' diaries and travel requirements.
