About Finder:


Responsibilities:

The goal of this role is to increase the production value and output of our video content.

  • Film and edit highquality video content in line with our sunny and edgy tone of voice
  • Oversee all aspects of the production process (from pre
- to post-)

  • Coordinate and personally oversee video shoots
  • Work to tight deadlines to deliver consistent weekly video content
  • Work with our experts to spotlight and deliver topical or SEOdriven video content
  • Create video elements including graphics, thumbnails and animations
  • Write video scripts when needed
  • Video SEO

Skills and experience:


To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a self-starter who's obsessed with video, and come bursting with ideas and enthusiasm to develop your skills.


  • YouTube and TikTok are your goto video platforms and you know your way around their backends
  • Know Adobe Premiere Pro like the back of your hand and have experience with graphic design and After Effects
  • Proven experience working with a content creator, in a video team or similar
  • Proven experience creating educational, interesting and entertaining content on an unfamiliar topic and/or personal finance topics
  • A relevant degree would be a plus
  • You can write a script to a tight deadline
  • You know your way around online resources including SEO tools
  • Interest in presenting in front of camera is ideal, but not necessary
