Reporting to the Head of People Partnering and Change and operating as an integral part of the People Directorate senior team this role is responsible for the provision of high quality strategic and operational workforce support to ensure best practice people management within the division and wider Trust.
The People Business Partner also leads on various Trust wide workforce initiatives and programmes, with responsibility for provision of expertise on workforce planning, inclusive recruitment strategies, people and business insights, culture development and effective staff wellbeing through staff involvement, team working and engagement and good staff relations, taking a restorative approach, as well as providing advice on contractual terms and conditions and leading on reviews and restructures to enable long term changes to create a great place work.
