As our Salesforce Support Administrator, you will:
- Provide advanced day-to-day system & user support.
- Manage ongoing support requests & administrative needs of users.
- Manage aged tickets.
- Salesforce Administration & data quality management.
- Monitor data quality & integrity and performing data tasks such as deduping and data cleansing.
- Assist users in creating reports & dashboards upskilling them along the way.
- Work with users & stakeholders to develop a package of reports & dashboards that track KPIs.
- Work with businesses to monitor usage and advocate best practice.
- Identify areas of interest and concern and producing analysis to work with the affected businesses.
- Assist with producing user guides, system maintenance docs and developing training plans.
- Provide post deployment support.
- Other duties as required.
In order to be successful in this role you must have:
- Advanced Salesforce reporting expertise
- Strong Salesforce configuration knowledge (Process builder, Flow, validation rules, formulas)
- Experience of reporting writing & dashboard creation
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Proven documentation skills
- Advanced skills in Microsoft office
- Strong customer service skills
- The ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally & externally
- Ability to work effectively as part of a remote team.
- Experience of enduser support & training
