Throughout the UK the Group employs over 400 staff including pharmacists, skilled technicians, HR, IT, procurement, warehouse, and customer services staff.

Our Warehouse department manages all aspects of storage and stock management, as well as incoming and outgoing deliveries.

We are looking to add a
Warehouse Operative to this busy and fast paced team on a ongoing temporary basis with the possibility of a full time permanent contract.

The successful individual will assist with staff holidays and increase in workload at our new site in Mallusk.


As a Warehouse Operative your responsibilities will include, though will not be limited to:

  • Ensuring all activities comply with GDP.
  • Unloading the forklift, checking parcel condition, and signing drivers' manifests.
  • Unpacking goods, checking delivery notes, and making sure they re stored on the correct shelves.
  • Booking in the various types of products that come into the warehouse and making sure the relevant member of staff is aware of their arrival.
  • Processing customer returns.
  • Getting orders from various departments ready for collection.
  • Rotating dated stock ensuring those with the shortest expiry dates are used first.
  • Keeping the storage area tidy and organised.
  • Completing administrative duties including security and temperature control of stock.

To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate:

Contract

  • Zero hour contract on a temporary ongoing basis
