- Conducting research and analysis to support planning applications.
- Engaging with stakeholders, including local communities and government bodies.
- Preparing and presenting reports on planning proposals.
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive project planning. To be successful in this role, you will need
- A degree in Town Planning or a related field.
- Chartered RTPI
- minimum of 3 years of practical experience in town planning.
- Strong knowledge of planning regulations and legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Benefits

- Hybrid working model - 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.
