Surveyor (Damp & Mould)

Permanent - £45,000 + Package


Regen Solutions are currently looking for a number of Surveyors to work within a damp & mould team for a reputable Local Authority.


This is a
permanent position for a Surveyor to join a well established Council who provide some fantastic career benefits; Van and fuel card, holidays, pension contribution etc.


The Role:

  • Carry out full property damp and mould assessments in tenants homes.
  • Maintain proper records of visits and inspection findings, making recommendations to senior managers
  • Produce clear concise reports with supporting data Analyse data and information.
  • Manage works carried out by third party contractors.
  • Attend regular performance meetings.

Salary:
£45,000.00-£48,000.00 per year

Experience:
