    Job Description

    As a Fraser's group employee, you will be part of one of the UKs fastest growing retailers. We are rethinking retail and with our varied collection of brands, we've never been afraid to strive forward and change the way the industry operates, diversifying our portfolio and elevating stores. We are pushing the boundaries of traditional retail environments and future proofing our business. We want Managers who are fearless, will take risks and reap the rewards. Reporting to the Cluster Manager, you will be responsible for the management of your Concession, and team within The Frasers Group, you will take ownership of all key areas of responsibility and be accountable for any outcomes. You will achieve this by having a strong commercial awareness to train, coach, and progress team engagement, providing inspirational leadership on how to surpass the company objectives. You will operate as a business manager for your Concession, ensuring that business initiatives are met with positivity and pace, whilst controlling and delivering across the board for store operations, customer service, budget control, people, and product.

    Key Result Areas and Competencies:

    1. Operations:

  • Manage Concession operations and ensure delivery to expectation on all KPI's
  • Plan and prioritise workload to ensure a productive and efficient team
  • Train and coach the team to best practice
  • Use business communication tools to oversee completion of tasks and meet deadlines

    • 2. Controls:

  • Support with planning store schedules in line with store trading patterns and business expectation
  • Be accountable for controlling wages in the Concession.
  • Support with compliance with processing of payroll issues and problem-solve effectively
  • Guide the team to work within timeframes set by the business and set realistic expectations daily

    • 3. Sales

  • Understand business and customer expectation and motivate the team to deliver an excellent customer experience
  • Understand product features and benefits and train your team to maximise sales opportunity
  • Understand assigned KPI targets and communicate these clearly to the team. Execute and actively track against these targets and motivate your team to deliver these results

    • 4. Development

  • Understand the Fraser Group structure, elevation strategy and initiatives
  • Identify internal talent in your team, use development opportunities and support performance management processes to drive and reward exceptional performance
  • Be self-driven in own personal development and take on developmental feedback constructively
  • Create an environment that encourages and rewards performance fairly and equitably

    • 5. Leadership and Management

  • Inspire your team and act as a role model
  • Support the development, coaching and motivate your team to achieve success, holding them accountable where appropriate
  • Take responsibility of your store and be accountable for any outcomes
  • Work closely with the Cluster Manager and contribute to the success of your Concession as a whole

    • Qualifications

    The Requirements

  • Supervisory / Management experience in a fast paced, high volume retail or leisure environment
  • Ability to positively impact results in sales, payroll, and stock loss
  • Proven record of developing a management team and talented individuals
  • Must be able to work well under pressure and to strict deadlines
  • Committed to achieving the highest store standards and customer service experiences
  • Strong commercial awareness and able to analyse reports
