    Recruitment Consultant Hybrid role with access to Edinburgh/Glasgow office space

    Experience:
    You will ideally have 2+ years of experience in either recruitment sales or sales.
    Building relationships is your thing, and you can chat with just about anyone. As a Sales Recruitment Consultant, you'll be learning the ropes from our seasoned team.

    Think of it as your crash course in sales recruitment You'll help us find exceptional candidates, chat with them, and make sure they're a great fit for our clients.

    Plus, you'll get to brainstorm ideas with the team and keep an eye on what's happening in the recruitment market.

    As a Recruitment Consultant your key responsibilities will include:
    Business development of new and existing clients across industry verticals through meetings, networking, and other sales techniques.
    Source high calibre candidates and contractors on behalf of clients, arranging interviews, delivering offers, and managing relationships through the entire recruitment life cycle
    Creating content and job posts to attract passive candidates on various channels
    Negotiate Commercial Terms of business and rates
