LHH are working with a successful global renewables business, aiding them in finding a fantastic Commercial Sales Operations Representative. This exciting vacancy has been generated to help improve their customer experience, through a dedicated, commerciallyastute sales team, that is looking to grow again during 202- Be a key player in the capitalising on large Commercial & Industrial strategic opportunities (including flexible energy and other groups/large multi-sites) and be comfortable pricing with communication through CRM channel

  • Be the administrative lead and tender executive on behalf of C&I Business Development Managers
  • Analyse and make suitable recommendations to relative management, using analytical skills and tools to identify gaps and other potential issue within the data.
  • Dedicated Sales support resource for 'platinum level' intermediary relationships, direct C&I and other strategic accounts.
  • Pricing support on behalf of C&I Business Development Managers
  • Attendance at direct customer/thirdparty intermediary
  • Adhoc tasks at the request of the Sales Operations Manager and C&I Sales Director
  • Adherence to company behaviours, values and policies. What you'll need to help you make the best of the role
  • Interpersonal skills: Strong communicator, both written and verbal
  • The ability to develop strong professional relationships & to tailor communication style to a varied audience, including internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Organisational skills: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to summarise complex detail in a concise format; confident working across multiple, complex data sets
This role would suit people with experience as: account manager, sales executive, desk based sales, inside sales executive, business development manager
