**Lead PMO Manager- Remote up to 65k**Our client is one of the UK's largest and most prestigious distribution business who play a huge part of the distribution of products for many UK companies and homes and employ over 100,000 staff UK wide. An ever changing and fast paced business who pridethemselves in being able to adapt to change quickly. Due to improvements being made in the business they are looking to recruit a Lead PMO Manager.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring all product development portfolio programmes and projects are planned and adhering to roadmaps, strategies, and priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Improve existing products, processes, and procedures
- Manage and maintain integrated portfolio plan
- Ensure alignment to strategy
- Track intradependencies between programmes and projects
- Change, quality and risk management
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience
- Experience in continuous improvement
- Experience of major transformation and change programmes would be ideal
- Able to utilize numerous formats and templates such as PowerPoint and Excel
- Familiar with waterfall and agile methodology
- Excellent communication and Confident with stakeholder management
