    We're looking to grow our Delivery Team with an Engineering Project Manager/Delivery Manager.

    In this role, you will be the driving force behind the planning, coordination, and successful execution of projects within your squads.

    Your responsibilities include crafting and overseeing project plans, optimising resource allocation, and ensuring seamless collaboration among squad members.

    Leveraging your technical proficiency and leadership, you will guide the squad in achieving milestones and delivering high-quality engineering solutions on time and within budget.


    Note:
    this role requires proven experience in hardware product development, from R&D through to volume manufacturing off shore


    Planning and Execution:
    Develop and refine strategic plans for project execution. Collaborate with the team to ensure successful implementation of plans.


    Drive:
    Foster a high-performance culture within the teams. Demonstrate relentless determination to achieve project goals.
    Conduct and lead agile ceremonies (Stand-ups, Demos, Retro, Backlog Curation).


    Agile to Waterfall Decoder Ring:
    Adapt seamlessly between agile and waterfall methodologies. At least 8 years professional experience in a similar position such as Project or Programme Management
    Previous experience working on projects involving the development of consumer electronics or safety critical products, as well as products designed for high volume manufacture
    Proven experience in project planning, execution, and adaptation
    Proficiency in agile and waterfallmethodologies, applyingthe right approach in different situations.
    Familiarity with running agile ceremonies and facilitating backlog prioritisation
    A technical degree in a relevant discipline such as Electronics, Electrical orMechanical Engineering is highly desirable but not essential
    Agile and/or Waterfall project management qualifications such as Prince2, PMP, PMI etc
