    ASSISTANT LETTINGS MANAGER OPPORTUNITY IN CLAPHAM

    I have partnered with a South London Estate Agency, a small independent company with multiple offices, seeking a Senior Lettings Negotiator / Assistant Lettings Manager for their Clapham branch.

    Key duties include:

    • Working Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays

    In exchange, you will receive:

    • Competitive salary package:
    • Basic salary up to £30,000
    • Realistic OTE of £55,000+
    • Clear progression pathways
    • Lucrative bonuses based on generated business

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct property valuations and negotiate prices with landlords to grow the property portfolio
    • Perform market appraisals
    • Generate lettings business
    • Supervise the Lettings team
    • Maintain high office and team standards
    • Monitor employee performance through regular meetings and reviews
    • Create action plans for branch improvement
    • Build strong relationships with Landlords to facilitate future business opportunities
    • Develop a profitable lettings business by maximizing income
    • Drive revenue and profitability through achieving targets

    Requirements:

    • Full UK Driving License & preferably own vehicle
    • Experience in lettings valuations
    • Proven track record of results
    • Driven, hard-working, and target-oriented
    • Leadership skills to motivate and lead a team
    • Ability to attract new customers
    • Customer-centric approach to meet client needs
