The Role

Our In-House Maintenance Team is seeking a Multi-trade Team Leader to support the effective management of a multi-disciplined team of Trade Operatives, Contractors and self-employed Operatives.

Your job will be to supervise the team as they carry out:


  • Special projects including disrepair works as well as aids and adaptions across our entire Midlands operating area.
  • Responsive repairs and voids maintenance across our housing stock in the North Midlands or Birmingham geographies.


You'll support us to ensure that our homes remain places that our customers are proud to call home by leading and motivating your team to repair and maintain our homes - frequently inspecting works to ensure their carried out to a high-standard.


Always with the customer in mind, you'll work with colleagues across our organisation to ensure a seamless first-class responsive repairs service that is contractually compliant, timely, cost effective and safe - always striving to continuously improve our service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
