- Ensuring a strong `risk and control' culture exists amongst the team such that operational risk is inherently reduced and any potential risk situations are promptly identified and escalated
- Reviewing and releasing process performed by the team
- Managing daily workflow volumes
- Assisting staff with technical queries and providing coaching in the research and resolution of complex issues
- Carrying out complex initiatives involving multiple disciplines and/or ambiguous issues
- Participating in system enhancement projects and overseeing process improvement initiatives through to implementation
- Operating independently as a subject area expert, providing comprehensive, in-depth consulting and partnering at a high technical level
- Carrying out activities that are large in scope, cross-functional, and technically difficult
- Prior experience in voluntary Corporate Actions (end to end) gained within financial services or a similar environment
- Strong technical knowledge in respect to the principles and market practices of Corporate Actions.
- Knowledge of Corporate Actions within EMEA markets, including UK and Euroclear
- Strong SWIFT knowledge
- Knowledge of Crest GUI and Easy way
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize multiple deliverables and work independently
- Excellent communication skills; verbal, non-verbal, and written
- Proven proficiency with Microsoft Excel
