Key Account Manager - On-Trade - London - 35k - 45k + Up to 20% Bonus

What is expected of you?

  • New Customer Acquisition and Account Management of On-Trade Customers across London sites to start, with a view to growing into a National Account Manager role in the future.
  • New Business Development to onboard On-Trade Accounts along with expanding their current SKU count with existing businesses.
  • Add value to their S&OP Processes by helping to create shortmidterm forecasts.
  • Reporting & analysis to internal & external stakeholders

As a successful independent brewery business going through sustained growth, it is essential that the On-Trade Key Account Manager is a hugely proactive individual who will lead from the front and provide the following experience -

  • Business Development/On-Trade Account Management background with experience of managing an endtoend sales & Account Management process with On-Trade customers across London
  • 24 years' experience working with Small to Medium On-Trade accounts (ideally customers with 315 sites across London), with a specific focus on working with Drinks products (ideally Beer).
  • Not afraid to proactively collaborate & onboard new business focus will be On-Trade Accounts
  • Excellent statistical forecasting, JBP's and Reporting experience
  • Solid experience of working with Excel
  • Record of successful account management and new business sales which results in increased Turnover/product listings/market share.
  • Excellent people and stakeholder management abilities
  • Strong communication skills and passion for beer
