- Work closely with design, commercial and construction departments to, in short, manage the start–to–finish bid process
- Maintain existing contacts and develop new relationships
- Bid validation, tracking and management
- Risk tracking and management throughout bid process
- Manage bid budgets, time scales and submissions
- Coordinate client presentation packs, PQQs and framework agreements with the Divisional Director
