    As a Product Analyst at E.ON Next, you will be instrumental inunderstanding, supporting and progressing a diverse set of products thatcater to our expanding customer base and Energy Specialists.

    Your role willinvolve working closely with our business, internal and externaldevelopment teams, harnessing your skills to better define complexproblems, understand industry trends and apply best practice to help ourproducts measure against & smash their goals.


    We'll want you to:

    • Collaborate closely with our product leads & managers,business owners, subject matter experts, in-house engineers and 3rd partiesto create, identify, refine and deliver our product pipeline
    • Quickly build an expert understanding for your focus area andinternal processes
    • Be able to understand and manage the impact of incidents and bugfixes
    • Be flexible and willing to adapt to differing focus areas
    • Own elements of our product backlog
    • Translate problems into well-defined features and issues
    • Work with our business teams to successfully validate andor testnewly delivered tech
    • Get deep into understanding the value a piece of tech can bringto our organisation to support with prioritisation exercises
    • Build a great stakeholder network across all areas of thebusiness & with our partners
    • Consider offline solutions – help our business identify,design and implement alternative problem mitigations
    • Love data and be able to gather and measure as much as possible,knowing how to use it and present it effectively
    Conduct external research in to our own and similar markets– gathering best practices and exciting & innovative ideas for usto applyAll our Product Analysts create value and provide valuable insight tobetter our products. However, our Senior Product Analysts do come with moreexperience, so we expect more of them.
    This includes:

    • Leading on more complex and business-critical productinitiatives
    • Establish and run a guild on a relevant topic of your choosing,promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
    • Support with coaching more junior members of the team
    • Proactively seek insight and learnings from both internal andexternal sources, bringing this back in to the team and our products toensure we continue to innovateYou'll need:
    • Significant tech and energy experience
    • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
    • Excellent understanding of technology trends
    • Significant experience working with complex delivery pipelines
    • To be adaptable and comfortable working with ambiguity
    • A desire to learn and be comfortable with feedback
    • Excellent relationship building and stakeholder managementcapabilities
    • To be able to navigate complex datasets, perform detailedanalysis & define problem solutions
    • Excellent communication, translation & presentation skillswith an ability to collaborate at a senior level level
    • To be willing to travel between our E.ON Next Hubs asrequiredHere's what else you need to know

    • This is a non-collective contract
    • Competitive salary
    • Location – You can be based at Nottingham, Leicester, Bolton,London or Bedford with travel to our other sites when required.
    • Working environment: Flexible hybrid working – a blend of inthe office and home working.
    • 26 days holiday plus bank holidays each year – this includes aguaranteed day of for your birthday off if you want it.
    • Generous pension scheme (you contribute 5%, we contribute 6%,increasing to 10% after 2 years)
