*Clinical Negligence Lawyer. Membership Organisation. 6 month FTC. Part Time or Full Time*We are currently working with a well-known membership organisation, based in central London, that is looking to engage a Clinical Negligence Lawyer on a 6 month FTC. The role can be part time or full time, for 3-5 days per week, and operates on a hybrid basis, with 2 days a week in their London office.Increase your chances of an interview by reading the following overview of this role before making an application.
The main purpose of the role is to investigate and assist in non-litigated and litigated claims, with a varied workload which includes providing advice, preparing cases and representing members in the defence of clinical negligence cases at all stages.
Successful individuals are likely to:
The role does not have any billing or time recording targets, so the focus is very much on the running of the cases and doing the best for their members.
The role is to start ASAP; therefore, lawyers are likely to be available immediately or at short notice.
