- Dealing withtelephone and face to face enquiries and providing high levels ofcustomer service at all times.
- Carrying outviewings and obtaining feedback
- Supporting thelettings team with administrative duties issuing terms of businessto landlords carrying out any checks to comply withlegislation.
- Negotiating new tenancies withlandlords and tenants.
- Processing tenantreferences and right to rent checks
- Preparingtenancy agreements issuing legal documents relating to the tenancyand ensuring that all safety certificates are in place prior tomove in.
- Working with the property managementteam ensuring that properties have been prepared for movein.
- Booking and arranginginventories
- Ensuring a smooth hand over ofkeys and that tenants have a positive experience during theapplication process.
- Excellent time management and organisationalskills
- Strong administrative skills with anattention to detail especially when dealing with
- Strong written and verbal communicationskills.
- ARLA qualified or willing to worktowards an ARLA qualification.
- Experience ofworking in a fast paced busy environment.
- Apositive and adaptive attitude to help the team achieve theirgoals.

Fulltime 37.5 hours alternate Saturdaystime given back in lieu
Anopportunity is available to work in a marketleading estate agentsin Evesham. We are looking for an individual who is keen toprogress their career in Residential Lettings and to join a superbteam of 5 who currently look after over 400 managedproperties.
The Role
To work with the lettings team toachieve move in targets dealing with legal documentation ensuringthat all tenancies are compliant and helping to build the brand inthe local marketplace.
