    Description
    Low Latency Systems Senior Developer - Remote/London

    My client is a Crypto market-maker that provides start-ups with seed funding, data analytics and fintech software solutions.

    The company is expanding its trading capacities and is on the lookout for a Senior developer to join a close-knit team of highly skilled traders and tech professionals.

    This opportunity provides a flat-structured, collaborative and entrepreneurial environment with the possibility to help developing a market making system from scratch and have a substantial impact on the business and PnL.

    We are looking for the best and encourage them to innovate and break boundaries.


    Requirements:
    Extensive experience of designing / implementing / improving low-latency HFT architectures,
    Low level network expert and AWS and other cloud specialist,
    Impeccable programming skills and at least 5 years experience in C++/Rus,
    Highly versed in performance optimization and monitoring,
    Prior exposure to the crypto ecosystem,
    Deep experience with communicating with stakeholders to gather requirements,
    Capable of getting things done quickly and strategically,
    Fluent communication in English, both written and spoken.


    Responsibilities:
    Collaborate with traders, senior management and other developers to build a best in class low latency trading system from scratch,
    Design and implement a framework to develop, test and deploy cutting edge trading strategies,
    Provide technical support for trading system


    Practical considerations:
    Please note - whilst the role is a remote one, the successful candidate must be based in London.
