- Lead the design and implementation of MuleSoft-based integration solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into system requirements.
- Define standards and best practices for MuleSoft integration and API development.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers on the team.
- Oversee the development lifecycle for integration projects, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of integration projects.
- Provide expertise in Advanced Integration and API Management using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Identify, analyse, and develop interfaces and integration flows.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information-technology, engineering, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience
- A minimum of five years of experience in an IT solution development discipline
- Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies, platforms, and processing environments but specifically around Salesforce technologies.
- Good understanding of strategic and emerging technology trends, and the practical application of existing and emerging technologies to new and evolving business and operating models
- Good understanding of product management, agile principles and development methodologies and capability of supporting agile teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impact and risks, taking account of technical and architectural debt
- Experience working in a relevant industry is helpful, but not required
- Experience developing architecture blueprints, strategies and roadmaps
- Certified MuleSoft Architect.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing MuleSoft Anypoint Platform solutions.
- Strong understanding of API-led connectivity and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience with REST and SOAP web services.
- Proficient in Java and related technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver on time and on budget.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence stakeholders and team members.
- Data savvy with knowledge of various aspects of a technology architecture like integration, network and security
- Proven analytical, planning, organizational and technical and skills
