Sales Estimator/Sales Order Processor

The role:

We are searching for an experienced and diligent Sales estimator/Sales Order Processor to join our growing team to serve both new and existing clientele.

Responsibilities:

• Provide swift and precise estimates for the delivery and installation of specialist doors, shutters, grilles, and related products.
• Thoroughly review customer specifications and drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Strictly adhere to safety regulations, in alignment with the organization's HSE Management System.
• Execute all tasks in accordance with Quality Management System (QMS) procedures.

Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrated experience in the Door Industry and/or Construction Knowledge.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings with an aptitude for understanding technical specifications.
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in IT systems, with Microsoft Office proficiency; familiarity with Opera 3 is advantageous, with full training provided.
• Selfstarter with the ability to work independently and highly organised
• Adaptable and flexible approach
• Numerically proficient
• Awareness of Health, Safety, and Environmental standards (HSE).
• Dedication to customer satisfaction and a strong focus on quality.
• Qualifications or prior experience in estimating Price and Deliveries (P&D) for various types of doors and components.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
