    Your Role

    To provide high quality, efficient, confidential executive assistance/administrative support to the Senior Vice President Global Accounts Food and Beverage (Flavour and Nutrition). In addition to manage Global Key Account projects as required.

    Main Duties :

  • Maintain a strict sense of professional ethics, ensuring confidentiality, privacy and abiding by Company policy.
  • Manage and co-ordinate diaries, calendars and communications with internal and external contacts. Assist with appropriate planning to ensure optimum time utilisation and all routine requirements are met.
  • Ensure Policies and Processes are met as part of document sign off and in line with company procedures.
  • Manage and co-ordinate meeting schedules, distribution of agendas, recording and distribution of Minutes for Meetings.
  • Collate and format a variety of documents, presentations and reports in a fast and accurate manner.
  • Maintain central file of all strategy, contracts and other legal documents relating to GKA.
  • Provide assistance to and mentor other HQ/GKA support staff.
  • Prepare, co-ordinate and submit for approval of expense claims adhering to company policy and ensuring the timely submission.
  • Manage effective and appropriate filing/retention systems.
  • Design and establish systems for a range of administrative and technical tasks within the department.
  • To manage the collation of the monthly reporting document to for the Global Leadership Team meetings.
  • To coordinate information from the teams and produce presentations for project reviews.
  • Globally supports the execution of the GKA development plans and strategy presentations
  • Managing client contact via e-mail, telephone and when required, in person in order to action and follow-up requests for Top to Top meetings, Annual reviews and other necessary events or information gathering
  • Work closely with the GAD's and GKA customer teams to ensure flawless execution on projects and to ensure commercialisation of plans are in line with SVP requirements.
  • Prepare and co-ordinate the Careers at Symrise platform cycle
  • Management of the SVP Diary and Travel arrangements
  • GKA CRM management
  • Skills Required :

  • Ability to build close working relationships with Execs and understand/work with the culture and matrix of the Symrise organisation
