Interim HR Shared Services Manager¦Nottinghamshire¦£ day rate ¦ASAP Start

Macildowie is working with an education organisation based in Nottinghamshire on an exciting opportunity for an interim HR Shared Services Manager to join their established team and manage the Shared Service function.

The role will be to manage the transactional HR function across the whole employee life cycle and you will also be responsible for the management of a team of HR Assistants.

We require someone who has line management experience, who is very organised, can pick things up quickly and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Working hours are Monday-Thursday and on Fridays (37 hours a week) and offers a hybrid working model with one or two days from home.
