- Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to plan and schedule essential activities
- Deliver technical and business solutions in collaboration with work stream leads and technical teams
- Work closely with analysts, business users, internal departments, and third-party vendors to guarantee successful delivery
- Utilize responsive and agile methods to meet and exceed business expectations
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Implement effective governance and control measures for successful delivery
- Provide timely and accurate project reports
- Promptly escalate any risks and issues that arise
- Manage and nurture key stakeholder relationships
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of systems as per IT standards
- Oversee third-party documentation
- Support efficient Release and Service Transition planning
- Complete any additional tasks as necessary
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Retail/Sales/Logistics ERP Project Management
- Proven experience working with diverse internal and external resource teams
- Hold certifications such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, MSP, or equivalent
- Background in F&O is considered advantageous
- Demonstrate strong leadership, interpersonal, and team-building capabilities
- Ability to foster innovation and drive continuous improvement
- Track record of delivering results and proficient financial management
- Apply analytical thinking and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving
