Roles and Responsibilities:

**This position is offering a wide range of aspects of HR advisory exposure consisting of but not limited to: - Providing guidance and support to managers on HR policies and procedures

  • Minute taking for ER case work and meeting
  • Contribute to reviews and develop on HR policies / guidance templates
  • Performance management
  • Advising on ER matters including disciplinary's. grievances / investigations
  • Ad hoc project work
  • Change management
  • Sickness absences
  • Reviewing of wider remuneration packages and the implementation of this
