    The Cashstar platform is used to manage 1st party client gift card programmes.

    It is a fully managed service that we provide to our clients and the Finance team handle all aspects of the service.

    This is a one year contract with possible extension.

    To manage customer orders via Cashstar, manually releasing the orders when funds are received or where floats/credit limits permit.

    Post cash daily to our finance system & perform bank reconciliations.
    Process imports raising credit notes/invoices within our finance system.
    Manage and reconcile Customer float accounts.
    Perform credit control duties to collect cash for those customers given credit.

    Manage credit customers to their credit limits and payment terms, ensuring accounts are placed on stop in line with the contract.

    Perform manual fraud checks on customers, working closely with the Fraud Manager where required to identify possible fraudulent orders.

    Ensure that client queries are resolved in a timely manner via phone, emails and our ticketing system.
    Understand the Cashstar/ERP system and processes to help answer client queries and to spot potential errors.
    To read, fully understand and adhere to the clauses in the contract with our client.

    Highlight to the Head of eCommerce Accounting where you are concerned about the customers' ability to pay, any potential bad debt risks.

    Knowledge of double entry bookkeeping is required
    Experience of working in a commercial environment, working to tight deadlines in a busy team would be beneficial.
    Good knowledge of excel - intermediate level would be beneficial.
