- Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the in-house PLM (Product Life Cycle) Management tool before bulk production begins.
- Creating bulk production specification packs for suppliers upon raising POs.
- Communicating with the technical team post raising POs and tracking sample management to meet deadlines.
- Developing and executing production plans in collaboration with design, merchandising, and sourcing teams.
- Maintaining the company's critical path to ensure timely production delivery.
- Creating production schedules to meet deadlines and targets.
