- Oversee team members' schedules and accountability for their contributions' quality and timeliness.
- Maintain quality standards at each project phase.
- Coordinate assets effectively during project lifecycles.
- Secure and manage freelancers with relevant expertise when necessary.
- Handle project estimates and invoicing processes.
- Provide ad-hoc script/copywriting support.
