Description

Responsibilities:


  • Communicate effectively with customers via various face to face channels
  • Provide professional and courteous assistance to customers
  • Upsell products or services to increase revenue
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
  • Assist Spanishspeaking customers in English

Qualifications:


  • Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual proficiency in English
  • Ability to analyze customer inquiries and provide suitable solutions
  • Multilingual abilities are advantageous for assisting diverse customer base
  • Prior experience in customer support or sales is beneficial

Job Types:

Pay:
From £25,721.20 per year
