Description
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers via various face to face channels
- Provide professional and courteous assistance to customers
- Upsell products or services to increase revenue
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Assist Spanishspeaking customers in English
Qualifications:
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English
- Ability to analyze customer inquiries and provide suitable solutions
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for assisting diverse customer base
- Prior experience in customer support or sales is beneficial
Job Types:

From £25,721.20 per year
