Our client is looking for a Project Manager to join the busy as ever company on a permanent.

The successful Project Manager will need to have experience of managing multiple projects as well as being able to provide oversight and ensure transparency of areaand range of projects aligned to the Operations Portfolio and strategic objectives.


Key Responsibilities as a Project Manager:

  • Ensure that programme and project deliverables are tightly linked to the achievement of the strategic objectives
  • Support, facilitate and monitor progress of programme and projects against agreed KPIs
  • Support delivery and pace of projects within remit
  • Design, develop and deliver training programmes across organisation to support project leads
  • Assist and support the Programme Director to ensure project plans, risk logs highlight reports and project documentation is up to date and of a high quality
  • To ensure adherence to PMO project lifecycle and embedding of PMO processes and governance within the Organisation
  • Represent the Trust at internal and external programme board meetings
  • Deputise for Programme Director

Key Skills / Experience needed in order to be a successful Project Manager:

  • Significant experience of working in a project environment
  • Significant experience of delivery projects from inception to completion
  • Experience with budget management
  • Decisions on a range of complex/highly complex project issues where there may be more than one course of action
  • Leading high performing teams to drive results
  • Can motivate, inspire and support innovative thinking in others
  • Any Sector
