Salary:
£24,000 to £26,000 per annum depending on experience

Hours:37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

What you'll be doing:

Registering vehicles and managing records whilst monitoring any orders on your account
Ensuring all preparation work on customer vehicles is completed on time
Keeping in contact with customers and progress on their vehicles
Processing quotations, liaising with other departments, producing invoices, purchasing stock & finalising forms

What we need from you:

An exceptional level of attention to detail and highly organised
Strong background in administration and competent using MS Office packages
Excellent communication skills
Previous experience is essential
