- International focus: providing ecological advice directly to clients on various environmental plans and strategies.
- Contributing senior expertise to multidisciplinary projects, presenting findings to clients, managing team inputs, and ensuring the team's technical deliverables.
- Defining ecological survey needs, collaborating with species experts, and overseeing survey activities.
- Guiding biodiversity enhancement and green infrastructure integration for climate change resilience.
- Implementing international best practices such as the International Finance Corporation's Performance Standard.
- Senior technical review, project management, and mentoring of junior team members.
- Client liaison, building relationships, and staying updated on industry standards.
- Experienced professionals with a strong technical background in ecology or related fields.
- Technical knowledge of UK planning systems and ecological legislation, or experience in international projects meeting IFC Performance Standards.
- Successful track record in multidisciplinary project delivery, budget management, and effective communication.
