What We Offer:


  • A competitive salary, between £25,000 £30,000 (depending on experience).
  • A flexible hybrid working pattern. There is only a mínimal requirement to attend our London City office (two days a month for team days). Team members also often come into the office for meetings, training or collaborative activities. There is also a significant amount of collaborative working via Teams.

Your Role:


We are looking for a Delivery Team Administrator to join our small consulting team, with the primary aim of supporting the Client Delivery Team in delivering our client reviews in an efficient and proactive manager.

Working closely with senior colleagues, this role will support in all aspect of client delivery, including; project management and administration, engaging with the client, reporting and formatting, and diary management.

The role will involve the following key areas of responsibility:

  • Project Management Administration
  • Diary management for the Delivery Team and clients
  • Updating our CRM tool for client sales activity
  • Taking a proactive approach to delivering on project schedules and timelines, thinking one step ahead for project requirements to meet client expectations and timelines
  • Developing relationships both internally with colleague and externally with clients
  • Assisting in the preparation of proposals, inc. formatting
  • Full use of Office 365 Suit to support with the delivery of client proposals and projects.
  • Being a reliable and organised team member allowing more senior colleagues to feel reassured you have everything in hand.

About you:

  • Strong organisational skills, including excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Experience in basic project management
  • Experience with CRM Tools
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Client focused approach that demonstrates client engagement and ability to organise meeting effectively
  • You enjoy working in a fastpaced environment and can shift gears rapidly.
  • Responsive approach happy to pick up the phone to colleagues and clients
  • Takes initiative to seek new work or resolve issues.
  • O365 Microsoft suite experience, including technical aspects of word and PowerPoint
  • Strong team player that thrives working in a collaborative environment (despite our hybrid working we do not work in silos)
  • Experience of submitting expenses and using Xero
  • You enjoy working in a fastpaced environment and can shift gears rapidly.
  • You can keep smiling even when under pressure
  • You are happy giving and receiving constructive feedback.
  • You take pride in getting the details right. You may even be a bit obsessive about it
