- We are exclusively recruiting on behalf of the NFU Mutual Ilminster based office. NFU Mutual are a renowned, prestigious insurance company who have been looking after customers for over a century. They are looking for a highly organised Service Advisorto join their dynamic team in Ilminster. This is an exciting opportunity to join a first-class, highly regarded insurance provider who have been awarded the Best Insurance Brand of the Year.
Key responsibilities and attributes of the Customer Service Administrator will include:
- Review and advise upon general customer requirements
- Process all customer instructions in alignment with policies
- Identify and initiate crossselling opportunities
- Acquire and maintain knowledge of NFU Mutual General Insurance products
- Obtain appointments for the Financial Advisor
Essential skills and experiences needed to succeed in this role:
- IT literate, including Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel
- Able to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
- Demonstrate problem solving skills and initiative
- Flexible and open attitude
- Highly organised and able to work to deadlines
