About the role

What you will do:

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for planning, delivering, and reporting on key campaigns in the STATSports marketing calendar.
  • Liaise with the internal marketing and creative teams to ensure key requirements for campaigns are collated and agreed.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of multichannel marketing campaigns, within all applicable brand guidelines and budgets.
  • Take responsibility for all KPIs attached to campaigns. Develop post campaign reports pulling in data from relevant sources. Continually evolve and improve our activations based on previous work.
  • Assist in the scheduling and production of content shoots with our worldclass ambassadors and partners. Attend shoots, create output lists, and manage asset delivery with our creative team.
  • Carry out market analysis and competitor reporting.
  • Quickly build an understanding of what makes STATSports world leaders and enable communication of this to key target audiences.
  • Be an advocate for our brand and products, living the STATSports Values.

About you...

You will need to have:

  • Qualified to bachelor's degree level in a Marketing, Business degree or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working within a marketing, media, or creative agency role.
  • Ability to write comprehensive and insightful campaign briefs.
  • Experience planning and delivering marketing campaigns that resulted in business objectives being met within strict timelines.
  • Comfortable with performance marketing reporting, exhibiting analytical expertise to help make metricbased decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Experience in building strong working relationships with colleagues and external partners.
  • The ability to attend our Newry HQ on a hybrid working model.
  • Ability to travel when the role requires.
  • Fluency in English, both oral and written.

It would be nice if you have:

  • Experience of working either for or with a rightsholder, or commercial partner on delivery of partnership rights.
  • An understanding of the creative and production process.
  • Experience in building brand awareness in a specific category, with a specific demographic or within a certain region.
  • Awareness of current best practice in comms, digital marketing, and social media.
  • Experience of grassroots sport, either as a participant or within club or league structures.
  • Knowledge or previous use of GPS performance products in sport.
  • Experience using Google Analytics and marketing metric dashboards.
