An established organisation based in the heart of Stratford-upon-Avon are currently looking to expand their Executive Office team and bring onboard an Administrative Assistant to support the team in an exciting role, with lots of variation and scope fordeveloping your experience and career further This is a progressive opportunity, that will offer great potential for growth within the organisation long-term, focusing on your honing your PA skills, as long as you're willing to work proactively to supportto team as best as possibleYou daily responsibilities will include:
- Directly supporting the Executive Assistants and Directors with allround administration duties
- Scheduling internal and external meetings
- Meeting and greeting key visitors and clients
- Booking any necessary travel, accommodation and processing and reviewing expenses
- Formatting and preparing documents and reports, updating CRM systems and sharing paperwork with the relevant individuals
- Liaising with stakeholders to organise online and in person webinars
- Getting involved in additional projects, such as the organisation's podcast and mental health and wellbeing society
- Supporting with the organisation of summer events, Christmas parties and company socials
- Ensuring all files and records are accurate and compliant with the company's data protection policies and procedures
- Supporting the team with any adhoc administrative tasks when required
Previousexperience in a role with similar responsibilities is desired.
