- Take over and manage an existing client book valued at £60m-£70m from a retiring wealth planner.
- Utilize current clients, contacts, and introducers to grow the client base and boost revenue.
- Provide financial planning services at a high professional standard.
- Keep abreast of the financial services market.
- Effectively delegate tasks and communicate with the team.
- Conduct client reviews regularly.
- Support marketing initiatives with Partners and Marketing Manager.
- Manage the client database and liaise with providers.
- Ensure compliance with business standards and regulations.
- Prior experience in wealth planning and private client services.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client trust.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Solution-oriented mindset and creativity in problem-solving.
- Commercial awareness and a driven work ethic.
- Deep understanding of financial planning areas.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in financial planning.
- Attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Deadline-driven with the ability to work efficiently.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and Outlook.
- Professional qualification as a Chartered Financial Planner or equivalent.
- 25 days of holiday.
- Group life cover at 4 times the salary.
