    PaceHealth Club & NU Spa are looking for an accomplished individual to join usas a Health Club Duty Manager, responsible for Sales, Revenue and day to dayrunning a busy health club & Spa.

    Youwill need to lead by example and keep the club looking spotless and runningefficiently. You'll be speaking with members and clients on a regular basis,managing a team, working to sales and revenue targets as well as liaising on aregular basis with the with the Regional Operations Director.

    RESPONSIBILITIES-

  • Strong people management skills.
  • Ensure you deliver on monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.
  • Ensure you deliver on monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue targets.
  • Provide a detailed sales report & activity plan.
  • Managing, leading and motivating a team.
  • Day to day club management.
  • Opening and closing the facilities.
  • Regular site audits ensuring cleanliness it to standard together with any maintenance issues actioned.
  • Ensuing all health and safely / training is completed and up to date.
  • Responsible for the running of the Pool Plant Room.
  • High awareness of industry developments, new initiatives, trends and research.
  • Commercial awareness which translates into contributing to a successful and financially viable operation.

    • Education:

  • Level 2 Fitness Instructor (Desirable)
  • Pool Plant Operators (Desirable however training can be provided)
  • Pool Lifeguard / Pool Responder (Required)
